In Japanese, "chotto" means something like "a little bit". You can use it in many, many situations.

"Chotto" I'm going out.

"Chotto dake" I'll just have a little bit.

"Chotto ne" I can only speak a little Japanese.

(These are not the complete sentences in Japanese, though.)

Well, after pulling a series of 11-hour work-days over the weekend and now with a cold and still at work, I will be taking a little break from the blog so I can take care of me.

Chotto dake ne.

(Just for a short time.)
