Splitting hairs with an eraser

Back to erasing.

Sometimes you need fine detail in your piece. This is where a Tombow Mono Zero eraser comes in very handy.

This eraser comes in two styles, a flat eraser and a round one (photo below). They are 2.5mm (0.098 inches) when flat, but you can use a piece of sandpaper to file them down to a point. Use this tiny point to lift off hairs and other fine detail that a kneaded eraser just won't get. This little sketch is 10cm X 5cm, or 3.937in X 1.969in. You really do need a fine eraser for the hairs!
